LifeWork Image Uploader

You can easily send us the artwork files for your order using the handy dandy LifeWork File Uploader below. To use the uploader, you will need to have a flash player installed on your browser.

You can send the files however you want, but really keeps things crystal clear if you send the artwork following the steps below. This makes it much easier (and faster) for our Art Department to receieve and setup your artwork so that our Production Team can get to printing right away.


Uploading Your Artwork Files:
  1. For each design, save the artwork for each print location as separate files
  2. Name each artwork file based on the following format: COMPANYNAME_DESIGNNAME_PRINTLOCATION.FILEFORMAT
  3. Include digital mockups of each print location and save them as JPEGS, naming each file the same way as the artwork files
  4. Zip the artwork files together into a single compressed .zip file and name the file using the format COMPANYNAME-DESIGNNAME **
  5. Upload the zip file and enter a description of the file on the uploader using the format COMPANY NAME - DESIGN NAME.
  6. When submitting multiple designs, send each design in separate zip files.
Follow this link to the Microsoft site for a guide on how to zip multiple files together to create a single .zip file.

Again, this does help to make it easier for our Art Department to receive and setup your artwork, but it's not required. Send the artwork in whatever way is the easiest for you -- we'll figure it out (or contact you if we absolutely can't make sense of what you send us).

To protect the uploads of other clients, overwriting existing files with the same file name on our server is not allowed (even if they're you're own). If you receive a warning message indicating that the same file name already exists, please adjust the file name of the new image file you're uploading (i.e. add '-UPDATED' or '-DATE' to the file name).
